Specifications include, but are not limited to: A comprehensive analysis, completion of environmental documents, and documentation of potential impacts of alternatives that address the needs along the US 151 corridor is needed. Support the modernization of the 26 mile section of the USH 151 corridor from WIS 73 in the town of Elba to WIS 49 in the town of Chester, Dodge County. Identify and analyze improvement strategies incorporating safety, traffic operations, existing infrastructure, and roadway geometrics. Coordination with the local municipalities and other stakeholders to evaluate items including the development of study purpose and need, and the development and evaluation of potential alternatives. In accordance with FDM 8-5-3.4, point 5: Consultants under retainer to act as the municipal engineer may not compete for WisDOT related contracts that impact the municipality. See FDM 8-5-55 for additional conflict of interest rules pertaining to consultants in management roles. Any firm interested in this solicitation, as prime or subconsultant, working with any municipality along the corridor; shall contact WisDOT BPD Consultant Services to determine if a conflict of interest exists.
