Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bismarck Public Works Service Operations Department is accepting proposals for providing uniforms and uniform cleaning services for Public Works staff. 1. The City reserves the right to award any or all of the items listed on the Bid Sheet. 2. The company will be expected to provide a maximum of eleven (11) pants and eleven (11) shirts for each employee; pick up and deliver uniforms to several different locations, including Public Works Service Operations, Landfill, Public Health, and City/County buildings; clean and repair uniforms; provide uniform tracking, and invoicing as required. 3. Uniform appearance is of particular importance to the image of the Public Works Department. Frayed, torn, worn out or badly stained uniforms will be repaired or replaced within ten (10) working days of notification of the defect and at no cost to Public Works Service Operations. 4. Uniforms shall be inspected for needed repairs by the company before they are laundered, and will be returned in good condition with buttons, zippers, and other closures in proper working order. 5.
