Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Project quote/bid should include estimated lead times for Promethean Panels. Confirmed lead times for shipment to be provided within 5 business days of receipt of approved PO. Installation, and removal to be completed within 30 days of confirmed shipment date. Project required to be completed and invoiced no later than September 10, 2024. 2. Provide, install Promethean ActivPanel 9 boards at the Knoxville campus, building #440 onto selected wall surfaces and de-install as specified and appropriate (see Attachment A Promethean Panel & Cart Quantities for campus/building location and quantity). 3. De-install current V9 75” boards on stationary wall mounts in the elementary schools at the Knoxville and Nashville campuses, remove stationary wall-mount, provide Promethean APASW-70 adjustable height mounts and re-install V9 75” boards with Promethean AP-ASW-70 mount (with adjustable wall mount) as specified and appropriate (see Attachment A Promethean Panel & AP-ASW-70 mount Quantities for campus/building location and quantity). 4. Staging on-site for installation to include the following: a. Unpack new systems from shipping boxes and inspect components for any damage. b. Notify Reseller Project Manager of any discrepancy or damage regarding the shipment of Reseller equipment. c. Shall be responsible for coordinating the replacement and installation of any identified equipment that is materially damaged during the course of its performance under this agreement. d. Organize system components, peripherals, and hardware for deployment. 5. Installation, De-installation, and Transport of boards to include: a. Confirm placement of component per TSD instructions and install wall mount or install board on wall spaces as specified by the customer. b. Shall install and/or de-install and re-install ActivPanels on wall spaces as identified by TSD. Installation shall be performed in a professional manner, and that all equipment is installed in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations...
