Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) requests Bids for the purchase of a quantity of eleven (11) Digitial Microfilm Scanners for patron and staff use in the Society’s Library and Archives. WHS intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. WHS, at its discretion, may use the resulting contract to purchase additional Microfilm Scanners throughout the length of the contract. While the Society is requesting pricing for a quantity of eleven (11) Microfilm Scanners to allow for a 1:1 replacement of all legacy devices, the final order quantity shall be determined at WHS’s sole discretion and approval, regardless of whether based upon available funding, budget authority, or other mitigating circumstances. The final quantity will be agreed upon only after award and before contract execution. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be rejected. There will be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity, or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract.
