Specifications include, but are not limited to: In accordance with K.S.A. 38-2348 and K.S.A. 38-2349, juvenile psychological Competency Evaluations and/or Competency Restoration services shall be provided by Provider in an inpatient setting. • Provider shall, upon completion, submit a written report to the ordering judge or magistrate of the results of the CE/CR. This report will include, but not be limited to, the number and dates of sessions, detailed conclusions, and recommendations, along with documentation that supports the recommendations. Upon request by the Court, the Provider shall provide detailed discharge plans proposed by Provider. • The Provider shall submit to KDADS upon admission a copy of the court order for all CE/CR patients, and upon completion of the CE/CR services an invoice of cost along with a copy of any and all subsequent court orders and reports to the court.
