Specifications include, but are not limited to: Glass: There are 10 different station designs with up to 22 pieces of glass on the exteriors of each, all glass panels are 82.5” tall with 12 unique glass widths. All glass panels are 9/16” thick laminated bird glass. Bird glass make-up is ¼” clear tempered – SX80235 hi gloss white silksreen with 0.060” lami – ¼” clear tempered. The bird fritted silkscreen has ¼” dots spaced on a 2” x 2” matrix. See attachment for specific glass sizes and quantities. Glass Requirements: 1. Glass replacement must be completed within 24 hours of notice to the winning bidder. 2. Bidder must maintain adequate glass stock to meet required response time. 3. Two hours of notice must be provided to Metro prior to work commencement, for bus to obtain detours.
