The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new GSU branding exterior signage at the GSU Robinson College of Business Buckhead Center, located at 3348 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta GA, 30326 with a GSU ‘Flame’ and ‘Georgia State University’ on the northeast side ‘Robinson’ on the Northwest side of the building parapet. The scope of work also includes the removal of the existing curtain wall glazing, fabrication and installation of structural supports, waterproofing, installation of curtain wall panels and electrical feeds for signage illumination. The contractor will be responsible for all portions of signage installation, including protection, curtain wall modifications, electrical, hoisting, flashing, mounting and engineered drawings. The successful, qualified bidder will be expected to meet all contract requirements, including providing detailed shop drawings for review prior to fabrication.
