This timber sale consists of 438 acres of natural pine and hardwood to be thinned by operator selection and 82 acres to be clear-cut except for a few trees marked with an orange band (see contract for further harvest specifications). Forest products included in this sale are pine pulpwood, pine tops, pine chip & saw, pine saw timber, hardwood pulpwood, hardwood palletwood and hardwood saw timber. The total volume estimate is 28,323 tons. Product volumes will not be announced. Buyers are encouraged to make their own estimate of product breakdown. Sale boundaries are marked with a double diagonal blue mark for the thinning area and a double diagonal orange mark for the clear-cut area.
