Specifications include, but are not limited to: The artist and/or team selected for the project will be responsible for the following components: 1. Design: After selection, the artist and/or team that is awarded the project will work with the Arts and Culture Commission, and City Staff to finalize the design. 2. Fabrication: The artist and/or team that is awarded the project will fabricate the mural (off‐site or on-site depending on method preferred by artist) as described in the submitted proposal. 3. Installation: The artist and/or team that is awarded the project will install the mural as described in their submitted proposal. If additional contractors are required, the artist and/or team will provide a description in the submitted proposal.
