Responsibilities Before Snow Season - Prior to commencement of the winter season, on a mutually agreed date and place, the Contractor will be required to meet with the CHP On-Site Contact for a pre-service conference. 5. Response Time and Hours of Service - Service shall be furnished seven (7) days a week, during snowy/icy weather. Most plowing and hauling will be performed during early morning hours. Sidewalks and typical path of travel must be kept free of snow and ice during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State Holidays.
