Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. The following constitute the minimum service requirements for contracting: 2.1.1. Annual inspection of fume hoods, biological hoods, and drying cabinets listed in the table 1 through 3 below, in accordance with the manufacturer specifications to ensure proper equipment functionality. 2.1.2. On-site inspections of the equipment located in Madison, Milwaukee, and Wausau State Crime laboratories. 2.1.3. Performing cleaning service for the fume hoods, biological hoods, and drying cabinets listed in the tables below. 2.1.4. Shall provide DOJ with written recommendation to repair or replace equipment not meeting the manufacturer and/or the laboratories requirements and specifications. DOJ shall reserve the rights to determine if such equipment can be repaired or replaced. 2.1.5. Bidders shall provide the hourly rate for the cleaning and repair services of each equipment type listed in Table 4. 2.1.6. The services shall be provided during the Laboratories’ normal hours of operation, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except official State of Wisconsin holidays. 2.1.7. Bidder shall provide all related travel expenses to successfully complete the bided service(s).
