This event is a cornerstone of all our Town events and attracts a large number of residents and visitors. We are seeking bids for all of the following: 90’ Super Slide (Hard Slide) with staff Event Manager LED Ice Skeeball (2 lanes) Water Gun Fun Deluxe Trailer with staff and prizes Dual Zip Line with staff 3 generators Giant Human Claw with staff III. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for the following: 1. Permitting and Compliance: • Secure all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities. 2. Safety and Compliance: • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices for fireworks displays. • Provide a safety plan outlining procedures for setup, execution, and post-show cleanup. 3. Setup and Teardown: • Install all necessary equipment and ensure the safety of the amusement rentals. • Conduct a thorough cleanup of the site after the event.
