The City requires solid waste collection services for Commercial Roll Off collection services within city limits. The equipment to be used, materials to be collected, service frequencies and all other requirements are listed below. 4.0 Commercial Roll Off Solid Waste Collection Services 4.0.1 Commercial Roll Off Waste Services: Vendor shall provide solid waste collection and disposal services to Commercial Roll Off units for Commercial Roll Off refuse placed in the vendors’ containers. The vendor will, within three (3) working days written notification by the city/vendor, provide collection services at the same quality and frequency and at the same rate as otherwise provided by the vendor to other Commercial Roll Off units within the service area. The City/vendor notification shall set for the number and size of the containers required and the frequency of the service to be provided. 4.0.2 Collection Day: Once services commence, the vendor and Commercial Roll Off customer will determine the date and frequency of the service to be provided. Dumpsters shall be serviced on the scheduled pick-up days as per arrangement with the city and the vendor.
