The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting proposals for Architectural Design Services for the renovation of NW Park related to damage sustained in the May 2024 tornado. Architectural Services related to NW Park project will include documentation of existing conditions, coordination of relevant engineering services, construction documents, and construction administration. The buildings damaged include a 2500sqft Maintenance building, 5700sqft Concession building, 8 Press Boxes, 2 Shade Structures, 2 Batting Cages, 16 Dugouts, 4 Storage buildings, 8 Artificial Turf Fields, Field Lighting, Safety Netting, Fencing, Concrete, Sod, Trees, Signage, and sports equipment. An early package for long lead items may be required.
