Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Orleans Public Library (referred to as NOPL, City of New Orleans or City) would like to replace the outdoor patio decking and lighting at Keller Library located at 4300 S. Broad Ave, one of the New Orleans Public Library locations. The current decking installed over 10 years ago consist of Cumar Wood/Brazilian Teak and we would like to replace with composite materials for ease of maintenance and avoid termite damage. a. Replace the existing 2,640 sq ft of outdoor deck with composite material with proper supporting material. b. Replace the existing accent lighting with 6 halogen 100w Bi-Pin Clear LED lighting. c. Remove all construction debris upon completion.
