At the State’s request, the Contractor shall provide consultant services to assist the State in effectively coordinating project management activities, including but not limited to internal and external organizational communication projects and processes, with additional emphasis on Alternative Delivery Methods for construction projects. The Contractor shall: a. Participate in meetings to identify, support and address transportation project and initiative communications needs. b. Coordinate with State staff and project managers as required. c. Coordinate with the TDOT Communications Team on content approval and dissemination d. Facilitate meetings with external stakeholders. and/or internal stakeholders,as needed. e. Draft memorandums, reports, meeting agendas and minutes, as needed. f. Develop and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan and project review for deliverables for each document developed related to this contract. g. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports.
