The purchase and delivery of finisher hoodies for the 2025 Run Bentonville Half Marathon, with an approximate total of 3,700 hoodies (three thousand seven hundred) custom athletic styled hoodies, as described in the Bidding Documents and as approved by the City, to present to finishers of the 2025 Run Bentonville Half Marathon. Samples of the proposed hoodie type are required to be submitted with the Bid Submission, or received by the Purchasing Department within five (5) business days from the date of the Bid Opening, for the City’s evaluation. Final award and selection will be based on the lowest, most responsive, and responsible submitted Bid which meets the City’s standards and needs for the 2025 Half Marathon. Hoodie Requirements: Approximately 90% polyester and 10% spandex Or Equivalent Item/material blend, for the City’s consideration Sizing: Unisex sizing Style: Athletic style (technical) Color: Navy Size Offerings: XS – 3XL The following design element requirements shall apply: The logo/artwork will be provided by the City after Bid award, and prior to or upon the City issuing a PO. The logo will be located on the front of the hoodie and will be 2 colors. There will be no artwork on the back of the hoodie, or sleeves.
