Specifications include, but are not limited to: PBA is seeking bids for electric motor and pump services and the provision of related materials and equipment including shaft parts and equipment, which may be purchased by PBA during the contract term. The supplier(s) must be able to perform electric motor and/or pump services including, but not limited to, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and replacement. Services may include, but are not limited to, dismantling, inspection, assembly, testing, steam cleaning parts, oven drying parts, motor windings testing, core testing stators, surge testing stator windings, dipping and baking stators, checking mechanical fits, seal, and bearing replacement, “O” ring seal replacement, shaft sleeves replacement, pump component inspection, shaft and impeller machining, wear ring and/or impeller replacement, and other related tasks as requested by PBA.
