All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of the school’s existing water-cooled chillers and associated chilled water infrastructure components, including the existing chilled water pumps, air separator, expansion tank, make-up water assemblies, chemical shot feeder, cartridge filter unit, and other system components. The existing condenser water system, including the outdoor cooling towers and indoor condenser water pumps, were replaced in 2020 and shall generally remain without modification. Replacement of the school’s existing boiler equipment and associated heating water infrastructure components, including the existing heating water pumps, air separator, expansion tank, make-up water assemblies, chemical shot feeder, cartridge filter unit, and other system components shall be priced as Alternate No. 1. Replacement of the existing control system components and devices serving the school’s central heating and cooling plants. Replacement of the existing domestic water heaters, including the associated circulation pumps, centralized thermostatic mixing valve, and expansion tank shall be priced as Alternate No. 2.
