All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replacement of the school’s existing water-cooled chillers and associated chilled water infrastructure components, including the existing chilled water pumps, air separator, expansion tank, make-up water assemblies, chemical shot feeder, cartridge filter unit, and other system components. Replacement of the existing condenser water system, including the exterior cooling tower, indoor condenser water pumps, make-up water system, and condenser water chemical treatment system. Replacement of the school’s existing boiler equipment and associated heating water infrastructure components, including the existing heating water pumps, air separator, expansion tank, make-up water assemblies, chemical shot feeder, cartridge filter unit, and other system components shall be priced as Alternate No. 1.
