Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Bid Item 1 – Demolition: The lump sum cost for the removal, transporting and disposal of all items shown on the plans. This bid item includes all costs for the scope of work items shown on the plans and any and all incidental costs required to complete the project per the contract documents. B. Bid Item 2 – Warehouse Construction: The lump sum cost for the construction of the Warehouse #3 Expansion as shown on the project plans. This bid item includes all costs for the scope of work items shown on the plans and any and all incidental costs required to complete the project per the contract documents. C. Bid Item 3 – Restoration: The lump sum cost for site restoration and paving as shown on the project plans. This bid item includes all costs for the scope of work items shown on the plans, and any and all incidental costs required to complete the project per the contract documents.
