The investigative technique (drilling method, sampling plan, sample handling procedure, analytical methods and equipment) must be procedurally acceptable to the regulatory agencies and to the State Fuel Network Project Manager. Coordination with DEQ, Local Health Districts, and Local Fire Departments will be required.
