Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Engineering services for maintenance and repair of the City of Mt. Juliet’s existing Municipal Storm Sewer System • Design engineering plans/upgrades to the storm sewer system as identified by the City of Mt. Juliet Stormwater Utility Master Plan, and other projects identified by city inspections; to include project management and permitting. • Creation of an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) program manual for municipal staff, creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and a Stormwater Specification Guide Manual. • Supplemental engineering services for engineering plan review services for proposed development construction plans including EPSC sheet requirements, reviewing staff to be TDEC Level II certified.
