Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Monthly Services: o Total of 93 TV’s in the following areas: • Cajun – 16 TV’s • Cajun 2 – 16 TV’s • Cajun 3 – 16 TV’S • Hope – 16 TV’s • Crawdad – 29 TV’s o The Contractor shall furnish the Agency with a 24 hour a day phone number. At no time should the Agency be without service for more than 24 hours. • Phone Number: ______________ o The Contractor shall adjust the channel lineup according to institutional needs, including, but not limited to adding and or deleting channels, or exchanging like channels for like channels (i.e.: movie channel for movie channel) during the contract period with a thirty (30) day notice by the Agency. o Billing to be made on a monthly basis. o Agency reserves the right to terminate this agreement should the vendor fail to provide Satellite TV service under this agreement. o Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the amount of receivers. Contractor is to state the cost of service for each receiver should the Agency exercise its right to increase or decrease quantities. o Monthly unit price is based on: 93 TV’s x Price per Receiver = $Price/month
