Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and any other appurtenances necessary to provide a new chemical feed system and chemical feed building, alum tank, and building repairs as shown in the Drawings and as specified in the Contract Documents. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, taxes, grading, earthwork, liquid chemical feed system, reinforced concrete, prefabricated FRP building, FRP chemical storage tank, FRP metering manhole, electrical, mechanical, piping, valves, painting, soil erosion and sediment control, and all other appurtenances necessary for completion of the work and to place the new process equipment into operation.
