Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: • Preliminary site investigations of SD GFP projects. o These site investigations include but are not limited to: Preliminary Walk-Through Easement Investigations Geotechnical Testing Preliminary site planning Aerial imagery – Including drone imagery. • Survey o Design quality site survey. Datum dependent on specific site conditions and project scopes. May include but not limited to: Bathymetric Survey Drone Survey Utility/Right-of-Way Survey Lidar Survey Legal boundary survey • Project Design Services o Provide project design plans and technical specifications for varying access improvement projects. Examples of access improvement projects are gravel road construction, boat ramp construction, canoe/kayak launch sites, shoreline stabilization, parking lot construction, bulkhead construction, jetty construction, fishing dock construction, Etc. These projects may include but are not limited to the following scopes of work: Grading Soil Stabilization Imported Embankment Base Course Gravel Surfacing Asphalt Concrete Composite Clearing/Grubbing/Tree Removal Unclassified Excavation
