Specifications include, but are not limited to: RRD is seeking a qualified Architectural Design firm to design the Recreation Department Office Building, which will be an expansion to the existing Multi-storage building at the Town of Rye Recreation Area, 55 Recreation Road, Rye, NH. The building will include a minimum of two offices, a reception area with seating for three staff members, staff and public restrooms, and a meeting room. The selected firm will be responsible for completing the design to produce Construction Bid Documents (Plans and Specifications). The design will also provide schematic design level plans for a future recreation center and gymnasium, which is anticipated to be connected to the offices and storage building.
