Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Shift Time Requirements – Roving Armed Security Personnel – See Attachment A Easter/Spring Break (In the event that Easter falls in March) Park Manager will provide exact dates each calendar year. Service will be for ten (10) total nights. Hours will be 8 pm until 4 am nightly. April thru September Park Manager will provide exact dates each calendar year. Service will be for seven (7) nights per week through end of season. Hours will be 8 pm until 4 am nightly. Total nights per calendar year At least 183 nights per season with some variation based on needs and unforeseen events. Dates are subject to change and will be communicated to contractor no less than 10 business days in advance. B. Shift Time Requirements – Unarmed Night Gate Attendant – See Attachment B April through Sunday After Thanksgiving Contractor will establish exact dates with park management due to fluctuations on holidays. Hours will be from 10:00pm until 6:00am Nightly. Total Nights per Calendar year Approximately 244 nights per season with some variation based on needs and unforeseen events (Dates are subject to change). C. Types of Services Provide armed security guards, except for Unarmed Night Gate Attendant, who are assigned to duties at MBSP Properties. These guards must be armed, fully equipped, and trained to ensure the guard can handle the responsibility of this requirement.
