Orovide audio/video recordings and publishing of Public held meetings. If responder intends to utilize the existing A/V equipment in the building, then it is the responsibility of the responder to familiarize themselves with the equipment. Responder may provide their own A/V equipment. No editing services are required as the meetings must be posted in their un-edited, full length form. Departments Requesting Service: (a) City Commission Public Meetings a. 2 nd and 4th Mondays at 5:00pm (b) Planning and Zoning Public Meetings a. Planning Commission on the 4th Tuesday at 6:00pm b. Board of Adjustments on the 2nd Monday at 7:00pm (c) Other meetings as needed Respondent may provide services for just City Commission Public Meetings or Planning and Zoning Public Meetings or both and must clearly state the services provided in the RFP.
