1. Water Mains a. Installing two 16-inch potable water transmission mains, one on the north side and one on the south side, of SR 20. b. Installing 8-inch, 12-inch and 16-inch water distribution lines along the affected side roads of SR 20. c. Installing a 36-inch water line on the west side of Sawnee Dr (SR 306). d. Installing via trenchless method, 16-inch water line crossings under SR 20 in 24- inch steel casing to connect the 16-inch water transmission mains. e. Abandoning the existing 8-inch cast iron water main along SR 20 and abandoning all affected side road water connections. f. Relocate existing water service connections and meters outside of the required right-of-way (R/W) to clear roadway construction. g. Along SR 20 and included side roads, relocate residential (5/8 X 3/4-inch) and commercial (2-inch dia. and under) water service connections and meters outside the required R/W to clear roadway construction. h. Relocate/replace large diameter commercial (6 and 8-inch dia.) combination fire line and domestic water meter vaults, valves, and appurtenances outside the required R/W to clear roadway construction. i. Reclaim selected usable fire hydrants from existing water main and reinstall on the new 16-inch water main. 2. Gravity Sanitary Sewer a. Installing 15-inch gravity sanitary sewer and manholes on the north side of SR 20 to the required R/W to clear roadway construction. b. Abandoning the existing gravity sanitary sewer and manholes. c. Installing via trenchless method, 8-inch pipe crossings under SR 20 in steel casing to connect to the gravity sewer system. 3. Sanitary Sewer Pressure Force Main a. Installing 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer force main on the south side of SR 20 to the required R/W or utility easement to clear roadway construction. b. Abandoning the existing 8-inch sanitary sewer force main.
