Specifications include, but are not limited to: Right of Way Survey: The selected Consultant will prepare an R/W Survey from approx. MP 161.3 to MP 166.6, within Sections 6, 7 & 8 of T11N-R8W, Section 1 of T11N-R9W and Sections 22, 23, 26, 35 & 36 of T12N-R9W. The R/W Survey and Results of Survey drawing will be a verification/reconstitution/updating of a portion of the Results of Survey prepared for R/W project 093 YV 162 H4871 01R / U 093-B-702 dated 2011. Anticipated due date of the initial review submittal of the Results of Survey: Feb. 24, 2025. Final R/W Plans: The Final R/W Plans will be prepared for an estimated 3 parcels, which are anticipated to consist of BLM, AZ SLD and 1 private entity. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Final R/W Plans: May 9, 2025. State Land Exhibits: A standard State Land Exhibit(s) will be prepared for anticipated new R/W and TCE(s). Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Exhibit(s): May 9, 2025. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that additional scope tasks that will be requested on this project will be for the Initial R/W Staking and Final R/W Monumentation Survey.
