DCFS is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain insight and information from the vendor community regarding solution options for a new case management system that meets federal requirements for CCWIS as well as efficient, secure, and interoperable. DCFS is considering case management systems options that are cloud-based and market ready. We encourage Respondents with experience in specific segments of the products and services described in this RFI to provide their insights into case management system development efforts to include development of CCWIS systems. The purpose of this RFI is to get the qualified vendor to provide a total project cost estimate for budgetary reasons for the vendor to provide technical integration services to configure and customize a new child welfare information system for the Division on any platform compliant with the new federal Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) standards.
