1. DECAL MATERIAL a. The Decal shall be constructed from 3M Controltac® (or equal), high tack rubber adhesive that does not damage upon removal, perforated-breathable to allow for no wrinkles when applying to vehicles. b. Clear firm UV laminate; 3M Controltac® product line IJ180cV3 (or equal) c. Able to sustain multiple pressure washes and have a life of 4 to 6 years on the vehicles. 2. DECAL LETTERING a. The decal specs must match exactly as the attached logo as per ND Commerce Department’s approval, using ND Legendary colors. The emblem is a 4-color logo, with three solid colors and one gradient (see multicolored logo attached) and color code chart located further down in this document. 3. DECAL SIZE a. The Decals shall be available in 10 inch, 14 inch, and 16 inch sizes. 4. WORKMANSHIP a. The workmanship of the decal shall be of high quality, it shall be clean and free of ragged edges, surface blemishes, or any defect that would make the decal unsuitable for its intended use. 5. WARRANTY a. The Decals shall meet the requirements including all color, performance, and terms with a life of 4 to 6 years.
