The University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking contracts for fleet maintenance and repairs. 1. Contracts may be awarded to multiple suppliers. 2. KUMC reserves the right to award contracts to suppliers in the future as part of a supplier refresh. This ensures the University has support to meet all requirements. 3. This RFQ does not require quantity commitments by any bidding supplier. 4. This RFQ does not commit KUMC to purchasing any minimum amounts from a bidding supplier. 5. Firm fixed pricing for specific supplies is not required. KUMC requests suppliers provide their markup percentage rates for supplies in the cost worksheet found on page 3 of this document. a. For example: Replacement of a car seat would include the cost of seat plus markup percent and the hourly service rate. 6. If your company takes exception to any of the terms and conditions on the RFQ documents, including KUMC’s standard discounted payment terms, please note them on your proposal. 7. This RFQ requires all bidders be located within 10 miles of KUMC campus located at 2100 W 36th Avenue, Kansas City, KS 66103. 8. KUMC requests that the vendor provides a pick up and drop off service of any vehicle receiving maintenance or repairs. 9. KUMC requests that we receive priority service, though we do not require that be guaranteed.
