BOX ELDER SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from Respondents qualified and experienced in providing exemplary Real Estate Services in two areas to include, but not limited to: o Determination of Appropriate BOX ELDER SCHOOL DISTRICT, Box Elder County campus site(s) and o Purchase or sell of Real Estate Property The purpose of this request is to solicit a Statement of Qualifications from qualified professional commercial real estate agent/brokerage to assistance in the purchase, acquisition, and sale of real estate properties, and to provide consultation in support of strategic planning of land development, negotiations, presentations to other parties and groups, appraisals and/or market analysis, meeting with cities and towns, development agencies and other like-minded individuals at a city, town, county, regional, cooperative, State level for Box Elder School District (BESD).
