Specifications include, but are not limited to: Operational Expectations of the Respondent • Provide, promote and instruct lessons in the game of tennis by certified and licensed tennis professionals to individuals, groups, camps and clinics. • Respondent provides “Open House” event/instruction on all aspects of the game of tennis once per year. This should be in coordination of promotion of the Tennis Center. Such demonstrations may be for a fee, and all expected fee’s charged shall be listed in the proposal • Respondent shall promote youth programming by establishing recreational, intermediate, and advance/tournament training. • Establish the rates for individual and group tennis lessons, and league play. Any increase in prior approved fees, must be approved by the Recreation Manager. • Tennis Court Reservation Services. Please provide what service you will be using for Point of Sale (POS) and court reservations. • Tennis Membership Services: If planned, please provide the fee for yearly memberships. Respondent shall also please provide details on what the Patrons will get with a Yearly Membership. • Office space is available and the Respondent is required to provide hours of operation for when they will be staffing on-site. • Facility/Court monitoring to prevent private lessons being given while courts are closed. • Minimum on-site staff: One certified tennis professional and/or one pro-shop attendant. Respondents Facility Programming: • Proposals must include all tennis programs that will be offered to the community. This includes camps, classes, leagues, lessons, drills, clinics, tournaments, special events and other professional tennis related services. Proposal must include tennis program fees. • Programming is expected to include a variety of tennis lesson programs for various ages and skills.
