Specifications include, but are not limited to: The UW Madison School of Veterinary Medicine wants to purchase new bipolar vessel sealing units, monopolar and bipolar cautery units, and smoke evacuator units to perform soft tissue surgery in the new operating rooms in the North building. These units are needed to replace the current units which are aged and beginning to fail. They are necessary to continue providing operations for the veterinary hospital’s patients. Conditions of bid which include the word “must” or “shall” describe a mandatory requirement. All specifications are defined as mandatory minimum requirements unless otherwise stated.
