Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont is interested in obtaining bids to meet the following business need(s): DPS has a requirement to audit all non-criminal justice agencies (NCJA) with direct and indirect access to criminal justice information (CJI). To comply with the Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Security Policy Section 5.11.2, DPS must audit all NCJAs with direct access to CJI. 2.2.The State of Vermont seeks to achieve the following Business Value(s): 2.2.1.Cost Savings: Over the lifecycle of the new solution, the total costs will be less than the current solution currently in place. 2.2.2.Customer Service Improvement: The new solution will provide a new customer service workflow, including standardized communication, public education, and escalation plans. 2.2.3.Risk Reduction: The new solution will reduce risk to the State by ensuring compliance with CJIS security requirements and the likelihood of inappropriate access to or use of CJI. 2.2.4.Compliance: The new solution will meet previously unmet CJIS compliance requirements and create consistent updates whenever requirements may change in the future.
