Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Habersham county is looking to rent or purchase employee uniforms for 3 departments: Landfill, Facilities Management, and the Habersham County Airport. Supplier to provide specified uniforms on an as-needed basis. 2. Rental and/or purchase proposals must include laundering services with scheduled pickup and delivery. Bids should include a suggested number of shirts per employee as well as the schedule for laundering. 3. There are five 4x6 rubber-backed logo rugs that need to be included in the laundering. These should be cleaned weekly. 4. Suppliers must provide a spec sheet for each clothing item fitting the described needs and the cost per item. The cost of laundering services should be a separate line item in the final proposal. 5. Contract to begin upon award for a one-year period with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. 6. Explain all fees including differences in pricing for renting vs purchasing, men’s/women’s options, delivery/pick-up, laundering, replacements, repairs, etc. 7.
