1. Executive Coaching: o Develop Individual Coaching Plans (ICPs) for designated leaders. o Provide and/or initiate ongoing executive coaching to these leaders to enhance their effectiveness and leadership skills. 2. Alignment and Metrics Development: o Support DOC’s individual divisions to ensure alignment with ODOC strategic priorities. Progress current/ongoing strategic planning work for the Employee Services and the Inspector General division. o Develop and review measures and metrics to track progress and performance. 3. 360-Degree Assessments: o Conduct 360-degree assessments for selected leaders (as identified by the Deputy Director or Assistant Directors). o Include a leadership survey, stakeholder interviews, and peer reviews. o Develop comprehensive leadership assessment reports and individual development plans. o Provide coaching based on the assessment results. 4. Strategic Consulting: o Offer strategic advisory support to senior leadership, including the Deputy Director. o Engage in strategic planning sessions and provide counsel on leadership and organizational development.
