Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of landscape management operations for the State Highway Administration (SHA) Headquarters Complex, 707 N. Calvert Street and 211 E. Madison Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. The office complex is located in a square block bordered by N. Calvert Street, E. Madison Street, Guilford Avenue, and E. Monument Street in the Mt. Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore City. The site consists of two (2) buildings and a surface parking lot with approximately 774 square yards of landscaped plant beds, parking lot islands, sidewalk tree planters, and raised planters. Crew for Watering Plants, installation of bulbs, rotations of annual plantings in free-standing containers, and the replenishment of mulch throughout the project are also included in the work.
