Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspections include but are not limited to: • Manual fire alarms • Automatic fire alarms • Elevator recall-smoke tests in conjunction with elevator maintenance contractor • Sprinkler testing (wet, dry and antifreeze loops) • Smoke detectors • Heat/smoke/duct detectors and any other initiating devices • Horn/strobe/speakers • Hood/suppression inspections only, biannually, including fusible link and micro switch costs. • Fire extinguishers inspections, including parts, i.e. seals /tags etc • Smoke evacuation systems (Stage @ Dover High School) • (5) overhead Fire doors roll up doors at the Middle School • Carbon monoxide / Nitrogen units • Three-year dry trip test Inspections must be completed in a timely fashion prior to the expiration of current inspections. All inspection reports must be furnished to the Purchasing Agent within two weeks of completion of the inspection. School inspections are to be completed within the months of July – August.
