Furthermore, the service must adhere to stringent cybersecurity requirements to ensure the protection of our customers' data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. While not required, vendor may also provide information on integrated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and email services to be used in conjunction with texting services.
