Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide design and RW services for Construction of a single-lane roundabout to replace the existing three-way stop controlled intersection of Corbin Road and Union Chapel Road; reconstruction/rehabilitation of all approaches to the three intersections, to include new pavement sections, milling, widening, overlay and wedge and level as needed; new ornamental streetlights, pavement markings and traffic control signs; all to be in accordance with current design standards. Roadway Improvements will consist of two 12-foot travel lanes (one lane in each direction) extending approximately 500 feet north, south, and east of the existing Corbin Road and Union Chapel Roads intersection
