Specifications include, but are not limited to: Based on legislative intent from the Council, in 2022, following a standard RFP process, HR selected NFP as a consultant to support Salt Lake County in building a new Pay-For-Performance system. NFP provided consultants to help with the design of a new performance management program as well as to redesign the fundamentals of the compensation system. At the beginning of the project, it was determined County needed to resolve some issues with the compensation system before County could design how pay would be connected to performance. County moved forward with the design, pilot and rollout of the performance management system (EPIC) while County simultaneously redesigned the fundamentals of the compensation program.
