Specifications include, but are not limited to: Presently other properties include the CEC Bldg. located at 26th and Monroe, The Downtown Bookstore located at 23rd and Washington Blvd, and any other non-campus properties WSU may acquire. Service is when needed. Bidders must understand they are committing to come and provide service when called with whatever equipment is needed. NO EXCEPTIONS! Bidders are required to bid hourly rates on the separately provided Excel spreadsheet. Snow to be plowed as needed when snow level exceeds 3" and at the request of the Landscape Manager. All work to be scheduled through the Landscape Manager and must be approved prior to commencement of work. Work timeline will be coordinated based on weather patterns but generally completed before 7:30 a.m. during school days. Work will also be completed within a reasonable time prior to all events at the Dee Event Center and will not interfere with any of said events. A schedule will be provided to the contractor.
