Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Commit to serve as a Regional Lead through July 31, 2025. • Participate in an initial orientation training, and up to two additional WBL trainings/orientation meetings to learn training content. • Facilitate WBL Networking Event preparation by phone, email, or in-person with regional team to divide responsibilities, establish criteria and checks for understanding, and discuss facilitation techniques. • Develop content/activities for WBL Certification and Recertification Networking Events. • Co-facilitate up to three WBL Certification Networking Events and up to three WBL Recertification Networking Events, generally in mid-fall, mid-spring, and mid-summer. • Facilitate WBL Networking Event debrief with regional team; capture common themes, challenges, and promising practices; and compose Networking Event debrief summary to share with appropriate State staff. • Identify promising practices during WBL Networking Events and provide follow-up communications with the Director of WBL & Industry Engagement. • Attend quarterly WBL Regional Lead conference calls/meetings. • Demonstrate supervisory experience overseeing WBL placements, (WBL coordinator with CTE, special education, or general education background, principal, school counselor, and/or CTE director). • Set a strong example through employment of robust preparation and facilitation techniques. • Provide immediate facilitation feedback to regional team members. • Provide assistance in reserving training space, as needed. • Monitor active participation in WBL Networking Events, including attendance, artifacts, and surveys. • Monitor WBL Networking Event participant feedback and follow up with Director of WBL & Industry Engagement by phone or email to discuss trends. • Provide a letter of intent.
