Operate as Technical Assistance for a recently awarded Jobs Plus Grant. FWHA intends to consider qualified individuals or businesses that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide the services listed herein. The results of the RFP will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria posed in this RFP. FWHA reserves the right to negotiate compensation terms and conditions with the awarded contractor. The Fort Wayne Housing Authority is pursuing Technical Assistance for their Jobs Plus Grant Award to help ensure that this federally funded project is completed on time, costefficiently, and without waste, fraud, or abuse. Technical assistance activities may include site visits, project document reviews, spend rate and reimbursement schedule evaluations, project performance milestone assessments, completing all statutory and regulatory requirements throughout the life cycle of the grant, and establishing performance metrics and measuring outcomes of the awarded project.
