Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor agrees to provide to Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) all personnel, labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, permits, and licenses necessary to provide maintenance service and repair of CHP radiological monitoring equipment for CHP locations statewide. The Contractor shall be able to perform all maintenance service/calibration and/or repair of the complete radiological monitoring equipment components and equipment utilized at the CHP facilities statewide to insure consistency in equipment performance. A. Contractor must have, hold, and maintain throughout the Agreement term, a “specific license”, as defined in Title 17, California Code of Regulations (Title 17 CCR), Section 30100(x) pertaining to Licensing of Radioactive Material issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or any other Agreement State (as defined by Title 17 CCR, Section 30100 [b]). B. Contractor’s services must meet the standards prescribed by ANSI/ National Conference Standards Laboratories (NCSL) Z450-1994, Calibration Laboratories and Measuring and Test Equipment, International Organization for Standardization (ISO)/International Electro-technician Commission (IEC) 17025, General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) D7282-06, Standard Practice for Set-up, Calibration, and Quality Control of Instruments Used for Radioactivity Measurements
