Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Offeror shall provide the following services: A. Phase I: Initial Quality Control Service Review of Tenant Income Recertification Files 1. Review up to 717 tenant income recertificate files as provided by the HPHA for compliance with HUD and HPHA policies and procedures. 2. Provide detail report of findings specific to each file to include without limitation specific errors and corrections necessary to rectify the file to the HPHA within 14 calendar days of the initial review date or otherwise as agreed to by both parties. B. Phase II: Training Services 1. Based on findings from the initial quality control service review, device and provide an in-person training session for HPHA staff with up to 20 attendees. Training shall include without limitation, on areas of improvement in completing tenant income recertifications. The HPHA reserves the right to increase the number of attendees with additional fee to be negotiated and agreed to by both parties at comparable rates as accepted in the accepted offer. 2.
